Limavady Travel – Retaining customers by putting them first

Hazel new image3Hazel started up Limavady Travel in September 2013 and has been part of Advantage Managed Services Scheme since then. Hazel originally worked for another travel agency before starting up on her own and brought along three staff from the old shop with her to create a winning team.

Meeting Advantage back in July 2013 and being referred by and previous manager, everything was straightforward to set up form the beginning. Hazel put together her proposal and business plan and submitted it to Advantage.

“Since securing my premises in Limavady, business has been strong. We are finding that we have a lot of loyal customers returning and even new customers appearing that didn’t want to book with us when we weren’t an independent. “

Hazel feels strongly on putting the customer first, from checking them in, to reminding them on extras and understands that this plays a part in the customers coming back.

Looking forward Hazel will continue to develop her business and always put the customer first.
