The Travel Concept started in 2006 by Tracy and Bianca; they could see a need in specialising in bespoke holidays and a far greater level of personal service.

Tracy and Bianca’s passion is giving their customers a holiday to remember. They believe the secret to a truly fantastic holiday is first-hand experience and attention to detail “it’s the little things we do that make a big difference. We always enjoy surprising customers with better deals than they could get online too!”

With over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, their customers can rely on them to give a first-hand experience of a wide range of destinations. They understand the importance of keeping up to date with news and well-travelled.

Joining AMS

The Travel Concept joined AMS in 2015 and have realised the support they are receiving is invaluable. “We’ve really noticed a big difference with Advantage, having joined them from another consortium in December 2014. Whilst we were expecting the same type of services on other from other consortia, we have been delighted with the amount of support that has been on other, particularly through the Advantage consultancy programme. We have access to a business development consultant who has really helped us to focus on key aspects of our business and helped us reduce our costs. We are delighted we made the move”.

“My specialist areas are Thailand, Greece, Sardinia, New Zealand, Fiji, Hong Kong, South Africa, Mauritius, Jamaica, Sharm El Sheikh and skiing in both Europe and the US.  My favourite travel highlight is the Eastern & Oriental Express from Bangkok to Chang Mai – what a breath taking experience!”
